Internet Explorer 2.x for the Macintosh OS.

1. Launch Internet Explorer

2. Click on the ‘Options’ button in the Internet Explorer toolbar. It’s the button that looks like this: ie2-1.gif (202 bytes)

3. When you click on that, a window called ‘Options’ will pop up. Normally it’ll look like this:

ie2-2.gif (10511 bytes)

4. See the word ‘Proxy’ in this window? Click on that.   Another Window will pop up, giving you the options for setting your proxy.   You'll see this window:

ie2-3.gif (8782 bytes)

5. You’ll now need to place the appropriate proxy information in each of the fields (HTTP, Gopher, and FTP). We’ve created a sample shot of where the settings go:

ie2-4.gif (2031 bytes)

6. Once you are done filling in the information, click the 'OK' button to leave the 'Options' window.
