More than likely your computer is blocking the popups used by the new WebMail interface. You need to either disable any and all popups blockers on your system or find ways to add "mail.itlnet.net" to it's allow list.

Sometimes popup blockers are added without your knowledge when you install various different toolbars, google, yahoo, etc.

Update - We've just added a new "Surge" template set to WebMail. Surge does not have pop-ups.
