Configuring Outlook Express Authenticated SMTP
Configuring Outlook Express Authenticated SMTP:

Start Outlook Express and select Tools, Accounts and select the Mail tab.
Select your mail server which would be mail.itlnet.net and click Properties.

Select the Servers tab.
Under Outgoing Mail Server, check the box My server requires authentication.
Then click OK.
