Double-click the Outlook Express icon.

From the File menu, click Identities , and choose Add New Identity .

In the Type your name field, type the username or name for this mailbox

Check the box next to Require a password if you would like to set a password for your identity.

In the New Password field, type in a password for your identity.

In the Confirm New Password field, type in the password again

Click the OK button.

Click the OK button.

Note: You can repeat these steps if you have multiple mailboxes.
