MS Outlook Express 4.x Setup
- Pull the Tools Menu Down and Open the Accounts Tab
- Hit the Mail Tab and Hit Add.
- Now hit the Mail Tab.
- Type in Your Name in the Display Name Field.
- Email Address Field type your email address: username@pcmagic.net

Make sure POP3 is in the type of the server.
- Incoming Mail Server: mail.itlnet.net
- Outgoing Mail Server: smtp.itlnet.net
- Type in your username in the POP account field and type your password in the Password field.

Friendly name should read: mail.itlnet.net
- I will establish my Internet connection Manually is dotted.
- Now you have finished the setup. Push Finish.
- Now You will see mail.itlnet.net. Make sure it is set as the default.
