The screens which accompany these instructions reflect what you will see when entering your specific email information into Outlook XP. When entering in e-mail account information for the first time, you will use the Wizard in the instructions below.

• Click on the Tools menu (found along the top of the program window) and then click E-Mail Accounts.



• Click on Add a new e-mail account and click next.



• Click on POP3 and click next.



• Fill in the fields below.
  • Your Name: Your Name
  • E-mail Address: username@itlnet.net
  • Incoming Mail Server (POP3): mail.itlnet.net
  • Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP): mail.itlnet.net
  • User Name: username
  • Password: <Your Password>
• Click on More Settings



• Click on the Outgoing Server tab and check the My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication .
  • Leave User same settings as my incoming mail server selected
• Click OK, then click next on the previous screen.



• Click Finish.
