Federal court set to hear Schiavo's case

CNN -- A federal court in Tampa, Florida, has scheduled a 3 p.m. hearing in Terri Schiavo's case after her parents petitioned to have the brain-damaged woman's feeding tube reinserted. Hours earlier, President Bush signed into law a bill authorizing the federal courts to review the case.
